When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of being ordered. You will receive tracking details of your order once it has shipped.

What are the available delivery options?

• US: $10 flat rate.
• Germany: $5 flat rate per order. Shipped via registered carrier. Delivered within 3 days.
• EU: $10 flat rate per order. Shipped via registered carrier. Delivered within 5 days.
• UK: $15 flat rate per order. Shipped via registered carrier. Custom fees may apply, which will need to be covered by you.
• Australia: $10 flat rate.
• We try to minimize breakages in transit with biodegradable packaging but damage can occur. If your order is damaged upon arrival please email hello@basium.world and include your order number and any photos of the damage and we will try to rectify this for you as soon as possible.

How can I return my purchase?
