When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of being ordered. You will receive tracking details of your order once it has shipped.

What are the available delivery options?

• Germany shipping: 5€ flat rate per order. Shipped via registered carrier. Delivered within 3 days.
• EU shipping: 10€ flat rate per order. Shipped via registered carrier. Delivered within 5 days.
• UK shipping: 15€ flat rate per order. Shipped via registered carrier. Custom fees may apply, which will need to be covered by you.
• Rest of the world: 30€ flat rate per order. Shipped via registered carrier. Custom fees may apply, which will need to be covered by you.
• We try to minimize breakages in transit with biodegradable packaging but damage can occur. If your order is damaged upon arrival please email hello@basiumfragrances.com and include your order number and any photos of the damage and we will try to rectify this for you as soon as possible.

How can I return my purchase?
